Overwater villas justify their premium with a genuinely singular experience. Waking to the sound of water beneath you, watching fish circle your glass floor panel over morning coffee, and slipping off your deck into a lagoon that stretches to the horizon — these are things no beach villa can replicate.

The Case for Beach Villas

For guests who plan to spend most of their time on the island itself — at the spa, the restaurants, the pool — a beachfront villa provides direct access to the beach without the walk along a jetty.
Families almost always prefer beach villas once they experience travelling with children over open water at night. The peace of mind alone is worth it.

- 4.Is budget a constraint? Beach villas give you a longer stay at the same total cost.
- 5.Do you run hot? Beach villas catch the sea breeze better than enclosed overwater structures.
